We need your CV and your certificates (high school diploma, bachelor's degree, and master's degree, if applicable), as well as the solution to your coding challenge. Optionally, you are also welcome to submit other projects of yours.

Please save your solution to the coding challenge in your own private GitHub repository. This repository should be private so that other applicants cannot use your solution as a reference. Then invite techup@check24.de to the corresponding repository.

Here you'll find all the relevant information about the new coding challenge for this application period. If you don't want to miss the application opening, sign up at the top of the page, and we'll let you know by email as soon as you can apply.

We estimate that you'll need between 10 and 15 hours to complete the coding challenge. If you enjoy the challenge, you can, of course, invest more time. The important thing is that you submit your solution and your other application documents to us before the application deadline. The next application period ends on August 31, 2025.

Whether you submit your application documents in German or English will not affect the selection process. It's important that all information is complete and that you provide us with the link to your private GitHub repository before the end of the application period.

After the application period has ended, we will review all applications in detail and contact you as soon as possible regarding the next steps. We aim to contact all applicants within two weeks of the application deadline. Should we receive an above-average number of applications, we hope you understand that it may take a little longer.

Yes, but the journey should not take longer than about an hour and a half. Our experience has shown that scholarship holders with a longer journey unfortunately do not come to the TechUp events as regularly.

Yes! Having a job during your studies does not affect your chances of being accepted into the scholarship program. The important thing is that you have time to participate in the TechUp events alongside your work and studies.

Yes, absolutely! As long as you find time to participate in the TechUp events, a part-time job (student job, internship) will not affect your chances of being accepted into the scholarship program.

The focus of the TechUp scholarship is to support young programmers professionally and to connect them with each other. If you are a working student or intern at CHECK24, you are already benefiting from these opportunities. Therefore, we would like to offer others the opportunity to receive our funding and do not accept internal applications.

No, as a scholarship holder you do not enter into any obligation towards CHECK24.

To make the most of the TechUp scholarship, you should have at least one year left before you graduate.
